Lauren Pauley
(PT, DPT)
Dr. Lauren grew up in Roanoke VA, attending James Madison University where she received her bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She then made the move the Charlotte to attend Wingate University, earning her DPT.
Lauren enjoys working with individuals who have varying backgrounds and believes in making exercise attainable for all. She is passionate about treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and loves to work with the geriatric population. She is currently certified in dry needling through AAMT and in treating the older adult to reduce fall risk and address balance impairments through ICE.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys working out, cooking, reading, and being outdoors. She also loves puzzles and spending quality time with friends and family.
Lauren looks forward to helping her patients achieve their goals and improve their overall physical health.
